City Claims are annual one-time digital sponsorship/listing placements. They do not automatically renew. The current claimant has first right of renewal during the active term and any grace period. Any renewal-price increase will be emailed at least 90 days before renewal. If timely notice is not sent, the current annual price remains available for the next 12-month term.

GRACE PERIOD
30 days after expiration
If a claim is not renewed by the expiration date, it may enter a 30-day grace period. If it is not renewed by the end of the grace period, the city may become available to another claimant.
