Refund Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Free reader and writer accounts do not have an account-creation fee. This policy primarily covers paid City Claims and any other paid placement whose checkout links to this policy.

1. Before acceptance

A submitted request or payment does not guarantee that a claim will be accepted. If a paid claim is rejected or the city is unavailable, Fallen House Media LLC may issue a refund, offer an alternate city, provide account credit, or propose another resolution with the purchaser’s agreement.

2. Active or published claims

Once a claim is accepted and activated or published, the current 12-month term is generally final and not prorated. Work may begin quickly on review, reservation, profile setup, map updates, links, and publication.

3. Situations that may qualify

A full or partial refund may be considered for duplicate payments, unavailable cities, rejected claims, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, legal requirements, platform-caused inability to provide the purchased placement, or another situation approved by Fallen House Media LLC.

4. No automatic renewal

City Claims do not automatically renew. Choosing not to renew prevents a future renewal purchase but does not create a refund or credit for the current or a prior term.

5. Claimant-requested removal

A claimant may ask to remove or stop displaying an active claim. Voluntary removal does not automatically create a refund, prorated credit, or transfer right.

6. Payment disputes

Contact City Pixels promptly before initiating a payment dispute so duplicate charges, availability problems, or technical errors can be investigated. This does not waive any rights provided by law or a payment provider.

7. Requesting help

Use the contact page and include the city and state, payer name, contact email, transaction reference if available, payment date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers.
