City Pixels Content Standards

These standards apply to public author profiles, books, stories, Story Trails, images, links, City Claims, sponsor materials, and other content submitted to City Pixels™ by Side Eye Tom™. City Pixels is curated as a family-growable, edgy-but-safe discovery platform.
1. Rights and originality
Submit only material you created or are authorized to use. Plagiarism, unauthorized copyrighted material, unauthorized images or quotations, impersonation, false attribution, unauthorized likeness use, and misleading claims of endorsement are not permitted. Authors must keep their own source files and should preserve drafts or other records that help establish authorship and revision history.
2. Sexual and explicit content
Pornography, sexually explicit imagery or writing, adult entertainment, sexual solicitation, and graphic sexual content are not permitted. Creative work may address relationships or difficult subjects when presented non-graphically and consistently with the platform’s family-growable standard.
3. Harmful, illegal, and addictive material
Content or promotional links centered on illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping, smoking, alcohol sales, gambling, dangerous instructions, criminal services, self-harm encouragement, exploitation, or other unsafe activity may be rejected or removed.
4. Hate, harassment, and private accusations
Threats, targeted harassment, dehumanizing hate, doxxing, publication of private personal information, malicious impersonation, and unverified accusations against private people are not permitted. Criticism and satire must remain lawful, clearly framed, and consistent with platform safety.
5. Politics, advocacy, religion, and sensitive topics
City Claim and sponsor links may not be used for partisan election campaigns, ballot campaigns, sectarian recruitment, or issue advocacy that falls outside the brand mission. Creative stories may include political, historical, religious, medical, or social themes when they remain lawful, non-graphic, non-harassing, and are presented as storytelling rather than deceptive professional advice or campaign advertising.
6. Health and professional claims
Content may not present dangerous medical, legal, financial, or safety claims as verified professional advice when they are not. Fiction, personal experience, commentary, and educational discussion should be labeled or framed honestly.
7. Links, promotions, and endorsements
Links must lead to public-facing destinations that fit the platform. Malware, deceptive redirects, phishing, counterfeit goods, unauthorized fundraising, false endorsements, and confusing claims of government or organizational affiliation are prohibited.
8. Privacy and personal information
Do not publish another person’s home address, private phone number, private email, financial information, account credentials, medical records, or other sensitive personal information without lawful authority and clear permission.
9. Story length and installments
Each submitted City Pixels story or Story Trail installment must contain at least 1,000 words and no more than 10,000 words. Authors may save shorter private drafts while writing. A work that needs more than 10,000 words should continue as another numbered installment, normally within the same Story Trail.
10. Quality and presentation
Submissions may be declined for unreadable formatting, excessive promotional repetition, keyword stuffing, broken links, misleading metadata, low-quality images, or material that does not provide a useful reader experience. City Pixels may edit formatting, spelling, excerpts, labels, and presentation while preserving the submitted meaning.
11. Review and enforcement
Submission or payment does not guarantee publication. Fallen House Media LLC may request changes, limit visibility, reject, unpublish, restrict, or remove material when appropriate while preserving moderation and legal records. City Pixels maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Repeated or serious violations, including repeated copyright infringement, may result in account restrictions or termination in appropriate circumstances.
