Authorized Worlds Privacy Addendum
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This addendum supplements the main City Pixels Privacy Policy for information specifically used by Authorized Worlds.
1. Application and participation information
Authorized Worlds may process account identifiers, email address, public writer name or byline, project name, character summary, premise, role or faction, tone, content rating, discovery values, requested identifiers, acknowledgments, application versions, decisions, notes, and timestamps needed to administer participation.
2. Public project information
Approved project information designated for public display may include the world name, program name, project name, public byline, identifier, character or project description, discovery values, published entries, required disclaimers, rule version, and other public-facing fields shown by the platform.
3. Waitlist information
When a world uses a light-interest waitlist, City Pixels intentionally limits the waitlist to light participation interest rather than collecting a detailed character concept. Waitlist records may include the account, status, timestamps, invitation status, and administrative notes.
4. Rule and audit records
City Pixels may retain rule-version acceptances, application versions, status changes, moderation actions, identifiers, owner and admin actions, and audit timestamps so the platform can preserve a reliable participation history.
5. Moderation and dispute information
Reports may contain summaries, details, links to affected projects or entries, case type, case status, administrative notes, resolution information, and preserved evidence needed to review a complaint or appeal.
6. World-owner concept records
Authorized Worlds may include a world-owner concept ledger for timestamped internal records. Those records may include the concept type, title, note, timestamp, and a cryptographic hash used to help preserve record integrity. Access is limited to the world-management and platform-administration functions provided by City Pixels.
7. Who can see information
Public project information is visible to visitors as described by the feature. Application and world-management information is available to the relevant user, world owner, and authorized City Pixels personnel as needed to operate the program. Reports and dispute records may be shared with affected parties when reasonably necessary to review or respond to a complaint.
8. Retention
Public content can be unpublished or removed, but City Pixels may retain reasonable audit, backup, rule-acceptance, moderation, security, dispute, and legal-hold records after public removal when needed to operate the service or protect users and rights holders.
9. Main Privacy Policy controls
For account security, cookies, analytics, service providers, user rights, contact information, and other privacy topics not specific to Authorized Worlds, the main City Pixels Privacy Policy applies.
