Application
World owners may feature or moderate project access, but cannot edit fan-writer prose.
Routine rule-enforcement cases can be resolved here. Immediate escalations are evidence-frozen and require City Pixels platform review before closure.
Ledger history
Entries are append-only. The dashboard shows hashes and timestamps, not the private concept body.
The waitlist intentionally stores light interest only, not detailed character concepts, while a world cannot approve new writers.
